Tuchel eyes triple swoop
The end of this month’s January transfer window is set to be quiet at Stamford Bridge with no new arrivals expected before Monday’s deadline.

However, Chelsea could be busy once again come the summer, with Thomas Tuchel, who was appointed as Frank Lampard’s successor on Tuesday, poised to want to put his own stamp of authority on his squad.

Although the summer window is still several months away, the German has already started putting plans in place, with a raid on the Bundesliga looking likely.

It is reported that RB Leipzig ace Dayot Upamecano, David Alaba of Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland are all on his radar.
