According to the former United star, Ince believes the Red Devils could lose two of their starts if United failed to secure a spot in the UEFA Champions League next season.
The two football starts among others could depart the club next season.
Manchester United are currently sitting in the sixth position on the Premier League table following their recent 2:0 lost to Manchester City at Old Trafford last Saturday.
Ince stressed that Manchester United might find it hard to make it back into the top four, with the current form of Arsenal, West Ham and others.
“What I do know is something’s got to happen because you are talking about the fourth position, we are not guaranteed to get fourth,” Ince said on The United Stand.
“We have seen the resurgence of Arsenal, there are a lot of teams up there that could get fourth.
“We might not be in the Champions League next year.
“You can imagine next season… Ronaldo would be gone, Pogba would be gone, no Champions League football.
“This is what you have got to be careful of and I think the likes of Greenwood and Rashford, talented Manchester United kids that have come through the ranks.”
United will return to Premier League action after the international break when they will be facing Watford
