Chelsea defender Reece James has loud his new team-mates Romelu Lukaku following his epic performance in his debut against Arsenal last weekend at the Emirates Stadium.
The striker founf his way pass Arsenal goalkeeper within his first 15 minutes into ply before Reece James double the lead for the blues before half-time to give Chelsea 2-0 victory im the first London derby of the season.
Chelsea signed Lukaku from Inter Milan on a club record fee of £97.5 million.
Speaking to Chelsea FC following the Match at Emirates Stadium, Reece James was asked about Lukaku Man of the Match performance and the defender was quick to praise the Chelsea No.9
“His performance speaks for itself. I don’t really need to say too much because everyone saw how well he played today, how he uses his body and bullies players” James said.
Lukaku had a brilliant Chelsea debut, bullying two Arsenal defender all through the game .
Chelsea confortable wipe Arsenal aside, with Reece James setting up Lukaku goal before double the lead before half-time.
James continued: “I’m very happy he’s here. He showed his strengths and qualities with how good he is and how he scores goals. He’s a great addition to our team”
