Manchester United looking forward to welcome Paul Pogba replacement, as report claimed United are interested in signing Nicolo Barella from Inter Millan this summer as reported by Calciomercato.
Nicolo Barella is reportedly being monitor by Manchester United as the Reds scot for Paul Pogba replacement.
There’s a possibility that the French man may depart Old Trafforr this summer for Paris Saint-Germon despite the arrival of Raphael Varane and Jadon Sancho who could boolster the team.
Barella was part of the italian squad that won the just concluded Euro 2020, and the Millan midfielder was one of the key man to Italy victory. The report claimed United had promised Paul Pogba a new contract which has not been finalized or accepted yet by the French man.
United also keeping tabs on Atletico Madrid’s Saul Niguez, who manage the same role with Barella. United will be left with the option to weight up the players capabilities and go for the man that best fit as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looks forward to stregnthen his midfield.
Inter Millan is yet to disclose Barella release clause with many people believe that the Italian is unlikely to go for a cheap fee of around €60 (£70).
All the teams involved will be hoping the asking price will not be high demanding as United await possible Pogba departure and welcome Barella as a possible Paul Pogba replacement if things go as expected.
