Confirmed: 20-years-old Folarin Balogun to Leave Arsenal by January

Arsenal are planning to let academy striker Folarin Balogun leave the North London club in January in search for regular senior football.

20-years-old Folarin Balogun put to paper on a new contract with the Gunners back in April.

The youngsters has been phenomenon in the Premier League 2 bagging 14 goals in ten games for, but yet he’s yet to featured for the Gunner’s senior team this season.

Folarin Balogun publicly confessed that he wanted to test a new challenge by testing himself at a higher level soon.

David Ornstein of The Athletic has stated that the Gunner’s has made the decision to send the striker away on loan once the transfer window opens in January.

Arsenal have been receiving countless offers from teams across Europe who are keen to give the 20-years-old the high level test he requested for.

Arsenal are yet to make decision on which clubs to send Balogun to as the Gunners are keen to evaluate all options to select the best club for their youngsters.

Arsenal sending Folarin Balogun away on loan could hurt the Gunners on the long-run, with tbe short-term futures of the rest of attackers. Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will be off for African Nations Cup soon, while Eddie Nketiah might be sold in January to aviod lossing him on a free transfer by summer.
