Chelsea Reportedly Targeting A New Midfielder But Thomas Tuchel Could Hinge On Outgoings

The blues spend above £200 million during the last summer transfer and yet the recruiting boards are not satisfy yet with the squad with a new midfielder likely to show up before transfer window close.

Matt Law, a Daily Talagraph journalist had noted that Thomas Tuchel would like to sign a new midfielder but that will highly depend on the outcome of the outgoing memebers of the team.

Matt Law, while speaking on the London is Blue Podcast, in his word said; “I think Tuchel would still like another midfielder, but i do think its massively dependent on what happends what happens with the outgoing members”

Over 12 of the blues players have been liked with a summer move away from Stamfod Bridge, which including Tammy Abaraham who has been a top interest from Arsenal and West Ham, also Kurt Zouma who has been havily linked to West Ham.

However, Matt Law confirmed that the blues defender had turn down the offer from West Ham.

As it stands now, Chelsea summer hope lies on Romelu Lukaku and Julues Kounde deal. Both players are to cost £200 million or above, and Chelsea will have to secure this two signing first if Thomas Tuchel needs to get anew midfielder as noted by Matt Law.
