Researchers at Bellingcat reported that three members of the delegation, including Abramovich, who attended the peace talks between Ukraine and Russia on March 3 showed signs of chemical poisoning.

Bellingcat reports that Abramovich and Ukrainian MP Rustem Umerov were both present during the negotiations, which lasted until about 10pm.

Abramovich and the other negotiators were affected by the poisoning of Alexei Navalny in 2020, said Bellingcat investigator Christo Grozev who worked on the team that confirmed the Kremlin poisoned Navalny.
