Arsenal re-opens talks with former January target

Two month ago Arsenal reportedly had contact with Barcelona agent Ousmane Dembele contract rebel who turn them down.

Since the the huge amount of money transfer to Spain from the German club the Frenchman has been struggling.

As reported by BBC Sport the French attacker signed for Blaugrana for afrr of £130.5million.

Arsenal has contacted the agent former BVB youngster agent as reported from El Chiringuito TV.

A recent spurt of form could see the Catalans try to keep the winger. Ousmane has provided seven assists in his last six La Liga games, and looks different under Xavi.

Despite the chance to join Arsenal in the winter, Fabrizio Romano claimed in January that the midfielder declined to sign. However, this may have been because Arsenal didn’t appear likely to make the Top four.

Dembele may be looking for a new challenge after his own supporters booed him in the last several months, so Ousmane could get more European opportunities in the Spanish top-flight.
