The Arsenal boss is preparing to celebrate his 100th game in charge of the North London King when the Gunners take on Watford on Sunday.

The Spanish has experienced a lots of ups and downs during his 99th games in charge of the Gunner’s, winning the FA Cup in his first season.

However, the Gunner’s boss has been leaving with significant pressure since taken over the team.

Earlier this season the Gunner’s boss face lots of pressure when his squad kick-off the season woefully, seating at the bottom of the Premier League table with 0 points in three matches before turning things up.

The Gunners has since go on a 7 games unbeaten tour since their 5-0 defeat in the hands of Manchester City.

The game against Watford on Sunday will be Mikel Arteta 100th games in charge of Arsenal and fans will be hopeful to see him extend the Unbeaten run.

The Gunners boss in his pre-match conference has expressed his delight in his team “Unity” spirits.

“For me if I have to define our identity, it is one word now: unity,” he told club media. “The past that we had in recent months, it is only one, unity. Arteta said.

Mikel Arteta continues; “Without unity you can’t achieve what we want to achieve and unity means every person that works in the organisation, it’s our way of playing, it our way of transmitting,

“our way of playing, it is our way of transmitting our values, our way of connecting with our fans, our ownership is everybody, uniform, thinking in the same way, with the same purpose, without any individual agendas, without any egos, just that’s the task.

“That’s what we want to get and a big part of that [I am] I am going to push the boat very, very fast.”

Arteta has made some changes at the Emirates Stadium, spending some reasonable amout of cash to bring in new players. The likes of Aaron Ramsdale, Ben White and few others has contributed massively to the team recent run of performance.

“First of all, [what I want for everyone is] the feeling to be privileged to represent this club and be in the position that you are, every time you come through that door,” he said.

“If that is lost, you have to go, get in your car and drive home and come back the next day with a different thought, because we’re not going to move the club the way we want [without that] and that is the purpose, and without a real purpose I don’t think we’re going to achieve what we want.”
