Tuchel promise made, Haaland message sent, Sancho message also sent and Dybala contract update given in Chelsea latest….
Juventus director Fabio Paratici has delivered an update on Chelsea’s long-term target Paulo Dybala’s contract situation.
It is no secret that Dybala has been on the shopping list of the club in previous transfer windows, but they have never been able to get a deal done as he had no desire to leave the Italian giants.
However, Dybala has been linked with a summer move away from Allianz Stadium, with it reported that Juve could look to cash in on the forward before he becomes a free agent in 2022, and that has put the club on full alert.
The Bianconeri have not yet offered the Argentine fresh terms in Turin, but Paratici claims that negotiations between the two parties over an extension are now in motion, as they seek to finally end all the speculation regarding one of the clubs biggest players.
Speaking after Juve’s 3-0 Serie A win against Crotone on Monday, Paratici told reporters in Italy: “Paulo still has a few problems – it’s like he’s on a swing. Some days he’s better and others he’s worse. He seemed okay [last week], then he felt some pain again.
“We have spoken [about this contract], we have been speaking and will continue to speak in the next few days and months.”
Mino Raiola has claimed that only ten clubs in world football can afford to sign Chelsea target Erling Haaland.
The 20-year-old’s stock has continued to rise since his arrival at the Bundesliga side, having scored 43 goals in 43 appearances in all competitions, and we have been credited as potential suitors for the young man at the end of the season.
And Haaland’s agent claims he is the successor to Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Zlatan Ibrahimovic and says every club will want to sign him, but there are only a ahndful of clubs that have the financial ability to get a transfer deal done
“It is obvious that everybody is looking at Erling as one of those potential new future stars because it’s so difficult to do what he does at his age at his level,” he told the BBC
“He will be one of the future stars of the next decade because we see that stars such as Ibrahimovic, Ronaldo and Messi are coming to an age where everyone asks themselves: ‘How long can we still enjoy them?’ So everyone is looking for the new generation.
“Only a maximum of 10 clubs can afford to buy Haaland and give the platform you would like after you’ve been in Dortmund, and four of those clubs are in England.
“I don’t think there’s a sports director or trainer in the world who would say ‘not interested’. It’s like saying: ‘Is there a Formula 1 team who would not be interested in having Lewis Hamilton?’
Thomas Tuchel promised these two £72 million rated players, will he be able to get some deals done for Chelsea?
Chelsea target Jadon Sancho is impressing without the pressure of transfer talk, according to Borussia Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke.
It is no secret that Sancho was the number one transfer target for the top clubs during the summer transfer window, but no deal could get done for the winger as his asking price was far too high.
Sancho endured a slow start to the 2020-21 campaign after being heavily linked with a move to the Premier League giants, but has started to get back to his best since the turn of the year.
The England international netted his 10th goal of the season in a 4-0 win at Schalke on Saturday, and also set up one of Erling Haaland’s efforts, with Watzke glad to see him showing his “incredible quality” again after a testing period.
Watzke told Sport 1: “Jadon is doing really well at the moment, he’s back. But that was only a matter of time. All the transfer talk in the summer has already been forgotten.
“Edin [Terzic] talked to him a lot. Jadon has shown again in the last few weeks what incredible quality he is. We are very happy that he is playing for us.”
Sancho still has two years left to run on his current contract at Dortmund, and although speculation over his future has died down in recent months, rumours of a potential switch to the Premier League have already started.
So it will be interesting to see just what happens with hid future in the next transfer window.
