After Arsenal’s 2-0 loss to Liverpool, Jamie Carragher names his club to finish top four

In the wake of Arsenal’s 2-0 loss to Liverpool on Wednesday, Jamie Carragher has predicted that the club will finish among the top four sides in the Premier League.

The result marked Jurgen Klopp’s side’s ninth win in a row after Diogo Jota and Roberto Firmino netted second-half goals.

As for Arsenal, Carragher predicts they will finish fourth as they have at least one game left to play. “It’s the fight to get into the top four for Arsenal,” he told Sky Sports.

Arsenal has had poor results against Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City…[but] they are a better team than United and Spurs. I’m sure that Arsenal will succeed.”

Arsenal, Manchester United, West Ham, and Tottenham all compete for the Champions League spot with Arsenal in fourth place, Manchester United fifth, and West Ham sixth.

Liverpool ended Mikel Arteta’s unbeaten run of six matches this weekend, ending the Lancashire side’s chances of clinching that position.
