Here are my reasons why i think City are the No.1 favorites

Chelsea spend 250m last season while Manchester City only Signed Ruben Dias from Benfica last season to Strengthen there defense, with the great signings they made last season, they won big trophies and get to the Champions League Final where they lost 1-0 to Chelsea.
Both Manchester City and Chelsea possessed the qualities to win the Premier League title next season, the qualities they possess is enough to clinch the title Next Season

Both Pep Guardiola and Thomas Tuchel are experience managers that has done big things, with what we saw last season considering the tactical approach and reading of Games, they are expected to be a major threat to other teams coming next season.

Both Manchester City and Chelsea have Young and energetic squad to battle for the season, with the likes of Mason Mount, Kai Hervetz e.t.c for Chelsea and Phil Foden and Torres e.t.c.
