4-2-3-1 Arsenal predicted lineup vs Crystal Palace: Lokonga in midfield?

Arsenal vs Crystal Palace

EPL Fans Arsenal Predicted Lineup. The Gunner’s has managed to partly steady the ship after their awful start to their Premier League season but they are still sitting 11th on the league table.

Next up, the Gunners take on Crystal Palace on Monday night, and even though Palace is just three points behind Mikel Arteta’s side still we expect Arsenal to pick up all three points.

The Eagles have been exhibiting a lot of grit and determination under their new manager Patrick Vieira but sadly the points table does not reflect that and given the talents Arsenal boasts, nothing much is going to change on Monday either.

The North London side have won three out of their previous five matches so the momentum is clearly with them and on top of that, Mikel Arteta has only two injury concerns going into this match. The manager should be able to name his sharpest side and barring a major catastrophe, it should be a routine win

Arsenal Team News vs Crystal Palace:

Aaron Ramsdale seems to have taken over the No 1 role from Bernd Leno so the summer signing will once again start in goal on Monday.

The recent resurrection of Arsenal has been primarily because of their steady defense with Ben White and Gabriel partnering in central defense. The same arrangement will remain against Crystal Palace as well.

Kieran Tierney will play as the left-back with summer signing Tomiyasu

Granit Xhaka is a long-term absentee due to a knee injury and he will be on the sidelines for a couple of months. The Swiss’ absence means young Albert Lokonga will come into the starting lineup and partner Thomas Partey in central midfield.

Martin Odegaard will repeat his role as the attacking midfielder with Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe playing as the two wide men.

Nicolas Pepe has completely fallen down the pecking order and he will only get a chance to play as a substitute on Monday.

Gabriel Martinelli picked up a slight knock last week and he will go through a late fitness test to determine his availability. Either way, the youngster will only be able to find a place on the bench as Aubmeyang will lead the line.

The Arsenal boss had said: “Unfortunately, he got injured last week. It’s a minor injury and we don’t know if he’s going to be available for Monday.”

Arsenal Predicted Lineup

Alexandre Lacazette will be available from the bench if needed.

Arsenal predicted lineup vs Crystal Palace:

Arsenal Predicted Lineup: Ramsdale; Ben White, Gabriel, Kieran Tierney, Tomiyasu; Lokonga, Thomas Partey, Odegaard; Emile Smith Rowe, Bukayo Saka, Aubameyang.
